• copy and replace the update patch to the option file Documents\KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9\save\folder1
• Now you've got WE9 already updated with patch 2013
•  now i want to show you how to changes the text and opmov
• you must have the 2013 text and opmov
• go to the data and copy and replace the text and opmov to Data \FIFA\dat
• and, now you can play WE9 with patch 2013
